Do you sell printed copies of the patterns?
No, sorry. All our patterns are stored as electronic files to download and print. If you don't have access to a printer at home, once you've downloaded your pattern, copy the file to a disk and take it to a commercial store where you can have it printed.
I'm having problems downloading the pattern. What's wrong?
There could be a couple of reasons for this:
- An up-to-date version of Adobe Reader isn't installed on your computer. Version 5.0 or later of this program is necessary in order to open the file containing the pattern. Download it here:

- There is a temporary glitch on our web site server. This happens rarely but if it does happen, please contact us and we will e-mail the pattern to you directly. Remember to include the date you purchased the pattern, the e-mail address you used for the purchase and the name of the pattern.
Will you convert my photo into a chart?
Sorry, due to time constraints, at this time we aren't offering personalised charting services.
Do you have photos of WIPs (Work In Progress)?
Yes, we plan to start a gallery of WIPs soon. Please use the contact form below if you'd like to contribute photos from a piece you're stitching/have stitched. After you contact us we'll send you details on where to e-mail your photos. We welcome all WIP contributions, thank you.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we use the payment gateway PayPal to accept payments. PayPal uses the highest standard of secure encryption when you make your payment to ensure your credit card details are kept safe.
Patterns are priced in US dollars and the current exchange rate is automatically handled by Paypal when you make your purchase.
Epic Stitch Ltd is located in New Zealand and unfortunately it is not feasible for us to process international cheques, money orders or bank drafts.
What's your refund policy?
Due to copyright issues, we cannot issue a refund after you have downloaded a pattern if you change your mind.
However, we do offer a satisfaction guarantee - that is, if after stitching the chart you are not fully satisfied with the end result, send us a photo of the finished piece telling us what you didn't like and we will provide a full refund or exchange.
Also, if you find a defect while stitching the pattern we will happily refund your purchase price or offer an exchange. We really appreciate any feedback that could help make our patterns better.
What's your customer privacy policy?
We will treat your personal details with the strictest confidence. This means we will never share your email address or any of your other personal information with any outside source.
